基于CRITIC-VIKOR法的云南省水资源承载力综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of water carrying capacity of Yunnan Province based on CRITIC-VIKOR method

  • 摘要: 为衡量云南省经济、社会、生态发展协调程度,针对云南省水资源综合开发利用程度构建涵盖水资源、生态环境、经济社会的水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用CRITIC-VIKOR法对2004—2018年云南省和2018年云南省各地级市(自治州)水资源承载力进行综合评价。结果表明:2004—2018年云南省综合水资源承载力有所增大且具有改善潜力,水资源子系统和生态环境子系统的水资源承载力总体呈增大趋势,经济社会子系统水资源承载力最稳定且有明显提升空间;2018年云南省红河州、普洱市、丽江市、玉溪市、大理州的综合水资源承载力在各市(州)中位于前5位,综合水资源承载力评价值分别为0.057 5、0.101 9、0.113 3、0.207 6和0.281 5;怒江州、临沧市、昭通市、保山市水资源综合承载力位于后4位,综合水资源承载力评价值分别为0.634 5、0.814 4、0.908 1和0.918 2。该研究对云南省水资源综合开发利用和保护具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to measure the coordination degree of economic, social and ecological development of Yunnan Province, an evaluation index system for water resources carrying capacity covering water resources, ecological environment, economy and society subsystems was constructed for the evaluation of comprehensive development and utilization of water resources in Yunnan Province. Here, the CRITIC-VIKOR method was used to comprehensively evaluate the carrying capacity of water resources in Yunnan Province from 2004 to 2018 and in the cities and prefectures of Yunnan in 2018. The results demonstrate that the comprehensive carrying capacity of water resources in Yunnan Province has increased slightly and still has the potential for improvement from 2004 to 2018, the carrying capacity of water resources and ecological environment subsystems have increased significantly, and the economy and society subsystem is the most stable and shows obvious room for improvement. In 2018, the comprehensive carrying capacity of water resources in Honghe Prefecture, Puer City, Lijiang City, Yuxi City and Dali City ranked the top five, and the comprehensive water resources carrying capacity evaluation values were 0.057 5, 0.101 9, 0.113 3, 0.207 6 and 0.281 5 respectively; whereas the comprehensive carrying capacity of water resources in Nujiang Prefecture, Lincang City, Zhaotong City and Baoshan City ranked the last four, and the evaluation values were 0.634 5, 0.814 4, 0.908 1 and 0.918 2, respectively. This study has important guiding significance for the comprehensive development, utilization and protection of water resources in Yunnan Province.
