Abstract: On the basis of introducing the steering performance testing methods of domestic tractor manufacturers, it points out the drawbacks of original method and the directions for improvement.A new method for detecting interference performance of tractors under extreme working conditions and measuring steering circle radius under normal working conditions is proposed, and its detection principle and detection process are summarized.Through the introduction of two new detection methods, it laid the foundation for the promotion of the new technology of tractor steering performance detection in the agricultural machinery industry.
