摘要: 以某SUV车型为研究对象,利用UG/FEA建立有限元模型,结合传统与雨流法疲劳分析,材料分析,对汽车转向系统中间轴的节叉开裂问题进行分析,找到根本原因,提出改善措施。Abstract: In this paper, an SUV model as the research object, using UG/FEA finite element model, combined with traditional and rain flow method fatigue analysis, material analysis; studies the Yoke crake issue of I-Shaft in vehicle steering system, find the root cause and solution.
