LR4A柴油机润滑系统机油压力测试与分析

Oil Pressure Test and Analysis of Lubrication System of LR4A Diesel Engine

  • 摘要: 采用台架试验的方法,对LR4A柴油机润滑系统进行了整体性能试验与各测点油道压力特性测试,研究不同因素对润滑系统机油压力的影响。结果表明,影响机油压力的主要因素为柴油机转速、机油温度、机油泵流量、活塞冷却喷嘴流量等。随着柴油机转速的增加,润滑系统各处的机油压力逐渐增加,但在高速段,随着转速的升高,机油压力增长速度变缓。相同转速下,润滑系统各处的机油压力随温度的升高而降低。增大机油泵流量对机油压力提升效果显著,小孔径活塞冷却喷嘴对低转速时机油压力提升明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of different factors of lubrication system of LR4 A diesel engine, the characteristic of lubrication system and oil pressures in different lubricating galleries of diesel engine were measured on a engine test bed.The results show that the main factors affecting the oil pressure are engine speed, oil temperature, the flow rates of oil pump and PCJ.The pressures of oil galleries in the lubrication system are gradual increased as the speed of diesel engine increases.With the increase of the speed, the oil pressure increases slightly slower in high speed stage.At the same speed, the oil pressures of lubrication system decreases with the increase of temperature.It has a significant effect on the oil pressure increase that increasing the flow rate of the oil pump.Meanwhile, the PCJ with small diameter has an evident effect on the oil pressure increase at low engine speed.
