非道路柴油机后处理系统匹配分析

Matching Analysis of Aftertreatment System of Off-road Diesel Engine

  • 摘要: 非道路国四排放标准将于2022年12月发布实施。相较于国三,国四标准对NOx和PM有更严格限制。为应对国四排放法规,业内主要技术路线是在排气系统中增加氧化装置(DOC)、过滤装置(DPF)及还原转化装置(SCR),分别实现对尾气中HC、CO、PM及NOx的控制。建立了一种后处理方案设计评价方法,以降低排气背压、减少尿素结晶风险、提高载体前混合均匀性等为优化指标,在约束空间下,指导后处理系统管路、混合器结构及布置等方面优化,提高后处理系统性能。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the main bearing housing bore and main bearing of a diesel engine were studied, and the abstract: The non-road National Ⅳ emission standard will be released and implemented in December 2022.Compared with the National Three, the National Ⅳ standard has stricter restrictions on NOx and PM.In response to the National Ⅳ emission regulations, the main technical route in the industry is to add an oxidation device(DOC),a filter device(DPF) and a reduction conversion device(SCR) in the exhaust system, respectively, to realize the reduction of HC,CO,PM and NOx in the exhaust gas control.In this paper, an evaluation method for the design and evaluation of a post-treatment scheme is established.Taking reducing exhaust back pressure, reducing the risk of urea crystallization, and improving the mixing uniformity before the carrier as the optimization indicators, under the constrained space, it guides the structure of the pipeline and mixer of the post-treatment system.And the layout and other aspects are optimized to improve the performance of the post-processing system.
