基于多体动力学和有限元法的柴油机连杆疲劳分析

Fatigue Analysis of Diesel Connecting Rod Based on Dynamics and Finite Element Method

  • 摘要: 利用有限元分析软件和多体动力学软件Excite PU对某柴油机连杆进行了分析。先利用Excite PU软件对连杆大头轴承和小头衬套进行EHD分析,根据轴承受力情况,选取相应危险曲轴转角,将对应转角下的大头轴承和小头衬套载荷映射到有限元网格上,进一步对连杆进行应力计算和疲劳强度校核,同时对连杆体和连杆盖的接触情况以及大头轴承的变形情况进行了分析。使用以上分析方法,使得连杆强度计算结果更加精确可信。

     

    Abstract: This paper utilizes finite element analysis software and the software Excite PU to analyze connecting rod of diesel engine.First, the software Excite PU is used to analyze the big end bearing and small end bushing EHD force, then the dangerous crankshaft angles are selected based on the bearing force.The bearing and bushing load are mapped to the finite element mesh.Furthermore, the finite element analysis software is used to calculate the stress and check the fatigue strength of the connecting rod.At the same time the contact between connecting rod body and connecting rod cap is analyzed, also the deformation of big end bearing is analyzed.Using the above analysis method, the calculation result of connecting rod strength is more accurate and reliable.
