Abstract:
In order to improve the mechanical automation level of corn harvester, parameters calculation and structure optimization simulation of corn harvester heading table were carried out.The structure of the pulling device of corn harvester was optimized.The results showed that the equivalent strain of the pulling device was reduced by 13.05% and the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 12.8%.The fatigue analysis of the optimized pulling stick shows that the life of the pulling stick is increased by 14.4%.In order to avoid resonance of the intermediate support, the modal analysis of the cutting table is carried out, and the first-sixth order vibration mode diagram of the cutting table is obtained.
