玉米收获机割台主要部件设计及仿真

Design and Simulation on Key Components of Corn Harvester

  • 摘要: 为提高玉米收获机械自动化水平,对玉米收获机摘穗台进行参数计算及结构优化仿真。通过对玉米收获机拉茎棍装置结构的优化,拉茎棍等效应变降低了13.05%,最大等效应力降低了12.8%。优化后,通过对拉茎棍的疲劳分析表明,拉茎棍的寿命提高14.4%。为避免中间支架产生共振,对割台进行了模态分析,得到了割台的第1~第6阶振型图。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical automation level of corn harvester, parameters calculation and structure optimization simulation of corn harvester heading table were carried out.The structure of the pulling device of corn harvester was optimized.The results showed that the equivalent strain of the pulling device was reduced by 13.05% and the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 12.8%.The fatigue analysis of the optimized pulling stick shows that the life of the pulling stick is increased by 14.4%.In order to avoid resonance of the intermediate support, the modal analysis of the cutting table is carried out, and the first-sixth order vibration mode diagram of the cutting table is obtained.
