Abstract: An embedded control software and control system for automatic electric-hydraulic starter and intelligent detection equipment is designed in this paper.According to the pressure feedback from the equipment and driving current feedback of the starter, It can accurately control the stable movement of the electric-hydraulic pusher lever for the pressure, current power-off protection, long-term reliable operation of the detection equipment with arbitrary times.On the computer software, the automotive test parameters can be set and the relevant test data information and the status of the detection equipment can be displayed in a remote “oscilloscope” way, which further improves the automation and intelligent level of the detection equipment.
