基于相位分析的曲轴结构设计方法

A Method of Crankshaft Structure Design Based on Phase Analysis

  • 摘要: 曲轴一般由若干个曲拐单元构成,将若干个曲拐单元按照一定的相位连接起来,再加上前端、后端和平衡重便构成了一根曲轴。在这个逻辑基础上,本文以非道路LR4A发动机所用曲轴为例,阐述了其结构特点和布局形式,进行了相关分析和总结,最终形成一个思路简单、使用方便的曲轴结构建模设计方法。

     

    Abstract: The crankshaft is basically made up of a number of crank units, if we connect serval crank units in a certain phase, combine the front end, bank end and the banlance weight, then a crack shaft is formed. Based on this logic, this paper takes the crankshaft used in a non-road LR4 A engine as an example, describes its structural features an layout, and carries on the relevant analysis and summary.It finally forms a simple and convenient crankshaft modeling design method.
