Abstract: In order to solve the failure problem caused by too large rotation angle of the drive shaft during the operation of the mower-conditioner, a pair of bevel gears was designed, the geometrical parameters were calculated, the bending fatigue strength and contact fatigue strength were checked.The results show that the strength of angular bevel gear designed in this paper meets the practical requirements.It provides an important theoretical basis for the design and application of angular bevel gear transmission.
