薄壁离合器毂焊合件精度控制技术应用研究

Application Research on Precision Control Technology of Welded Parts of Thin Wall Clutch Hub

  • 摘要: 以拖拉机传动系薄壁离合器毂焊合件为研究对象,通过设计专用插齿夹具、热处理夹具、合件压装夹具,严格控制从精车齿坯到焊接前的零件精度,并采用点焊后退磁,再进行电子束焊的工艺,完成了成品合件的焊接,解决了薄壁类零件的焊接变形控制难题,实现了批量生产。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the welded parts of thin-walled clutch hub of tractor transmission system as the research object.By designing special gear shaping fixture, heat treatment fixture and assembly press fixture, the precision of parts from finish turning gear blank to welding is strictly controlled.Using the process of spot welding, demagnetization and electron beam welding, the welding of finished parts is completed, the problem of welding deformation control of thin-walled parts is solved, and mass production is realized.
