氧浓度对正庚烷扩散火焰中碳烟理化特性的影响

Effect of Oxygen Concentration on Physical and Chemical Properties of Soot in n-Heptane Diffusion Flame

  • 摘要: 通过搭建同轴层流扩散燃烧实验台架,进行了氧浓度对正庚烷/甲苯火焰碳烟颗粒理化特性的影响研究,采用拉曼光谱仪(Raman)和热重分析仪(TGA)进行了碳烟颗粒的石墨化程度及氧化反应活性分析。结果表明:在层流反扩散火焰中,氧气浓度增加可使得碳烟颗粒生长进程加快,石墨化程度增加,反应活性降低;相同氧气浓度下,在正庚烷/甲苯中掺混10%聚甲氧基二甲醚可使碳烟颗粒石墨化程度降低,反应活性升高。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influence of oxygen concentration on the physical and chemical properties of soot particles in n-heptane/toluene flame was studied by building a coaxial laminar diffusion combustion test bench, and the graphitization degree and oxidation reaction activity of soot particles were analyzed by using Raman spectrometer(Raman) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The results show that in laminar anti-diffusion flame, the increase of oxygen concentration can accelerate the growth process of soot particles, increase the degree of graphitization and reduce the reactivity; At the same oxygen concentration, blending 10% polymethoxydimethyl ether in n-heptane/toluene can reduce the graphitization degree of soot particles and increase the reaction activity.
