  • 摘要: 引入梯形中位线定理,以几何图形和胡克定律对各力之间关系,进行了清晰的阐述。提出了有效拉力释放系数Hα的概念,定义了常规因子K1,提供了一种最大有效拉力的计算方法,通过比例系数Xα证明了Hα的适用性和准确性。绘制了综合性能曲线图,探讨了紧边极限拉力F1、松边极限拉力F2、最大有效拉力Fec、最大功率P0等随带速v的变化规律。给出了最大应力与功率曲线图,阐明了最佳带速的选择方法、任意包角α0下最大功率P0的计算方法,定义了安全系数S0

     

    Abstract: By introducing the trapezoidal median line theorem, the relationship between forces is clearly expounded with geometric figures and Hooke’s law.The concept of effective tension release coefficient Hα is proposed, the conventional factor K1 is defined, and a calculation method of maximum effective tension is provided.The applicability and accuracy of Hα are proved by the proportional coefficient Xα.The comprehensive performance curve is drawn.Under the change of belt-speed, the variation laws of tight edge limit tension F1,loose edge limit tension F2,maximum effective tension Fec and maximum power P0 are discussed.The curve of maximum stress and power is given, the selection method of optimal belt-speed is clarified, the calculation method of maximum power P0 under any envelope angle α0 is given, and the safety factor S0 is defined.
