多功能智能割草机设计

Multifunctional Intelligentized Mowers

  • 摘要: 针对传统的发动机驱动割草机存在环保性能差、转向不灵活、人机交互和智能互联水平低、应用场景限制较大、工作效率低等问题,提出了一款可全自动化操作、能实现自动避障和智能报警的新型智能割草机的设计。主要包括外型机械设计、自动避障功能设计、智能报警功能设计、自适应坡道割草功能设计、驱动方案设计以及整体控制逻辑的设计。将传统割草机械与智能控制技术以及自动化技术相融合,探究未来农业机械可能的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor environmental performance, inflexible steering, low level of human-computer interaction and intelligent interconnection, large application scenario restrictions, and low work efficiency of traditional engine-driven lawn mowers, a new intelligent lawn mower that can be fully automated, realize automatic obstacle avoidance and intelligent alarm is proposed.It mainly includes external mechanical design, automatic obstacle avoidance function design, intelligent alarm function design, adaptive ramp mowing function design, drive scheme design and overall control logic design.Integrate traditional lawn mowing machinery with intelligent control technology and automation technology to explore the possible development direction of agricultural machinery in the future.
