摘要: 介绍了发动机的扭转振动理论基础及测试方法,通过搭建柴油机扭转振动测试平台,研究了不同材料的曲轴对发动机扭振的影响,证实了安装合金钢材料曲轴的发动机扭振更小,并开发使用不同类型的曲轴扭转减振器来降低了发动机扭振。Abstract: The theoretical basis and test method of torsion vibration of engine were introduced in this paper.Trough constructing test system to study the effect of different crankshaft materials on torsion vibration of the engine, the alloy steel material has better effect on torsion vibration.And different types of crankshaft shock absorbers are developed to reduce torsion vibration of the engine.
