Abstract:
Based on the advanced EFS test bench for electric control fuel system, it was realized that the multiple injections volume of the non-road national three high-pressure common rail system was controlled and accurately measured in this paper, with two solenoid valve on the test bed.This paper compared 3 batches of domestic fuel system and 1 batch of Bosch Ⅲ fuel system, tested the production consistency of domestic fuel system and its structural improvement direction.And its small fuel injection was actually larger than Bosch system’s injection and vice versa.The compensation method of the volume of the fuel system was concluded, and the inspection and testing methods were summarized, as well as the control and calibration of the domestic fuel system.In this paper, the technical basis for the system to become a seamless replacement product and batch matching was provided, and it improved the risk response capability of the company’s diesel engine-related products.
