摘要: 介绍了柴油机高强度螺栓包括缸盖螺栓、连杆螺栓、主轴承盖螺栓、飞轮螺栓、曲轴前端螺栓的安全系数计算方法和螺栓头部的接触应力计算方法。提供的螺栓安全系数计算方法适用于工作在弹性段和塑性段的螺栓。提供的螺栓安全系数计算方法对柴油机主要功能螺栓的设计有较强的实用价值。

Abstract: This paper introduced the cover factor calculation methods of diesel engine high strength bolts, including cylinder head bolt, connecting rod bolt, main bearing cap bolt, flywheel bolt and crank nose bolt, and contact stress calculation under bolt head.These methods were suitable for bolts worked in both elastic region and plastic region.These check methods also have very strong practicality value to the design of engine critical bolt.
