燃料电池空气子系统模糊解耦控制仿真与试验

Decoupling Control Simulation and Experiment for PEMFC Air Supply System

  • 摘要: 质子交换膜燃料电池空气子系统是一种非线性、强耦合系统,其空气流量与进气压力的控制具有较强的耦合性,影响了燃料电池系统的稳定运行。建立了燃料电池空气子系统的仿真模型,基于模糊控制理论设计了模糊解耦控制器,并对模糊解耦控制器的有效性进行了计算仿真与试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明,该方法易于实现且具有良好的解耦能力、较好的动态响应和较强的鲁棒性能。

     

    Abstract: The proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) air system is a nonlinear and strong coupling system, the strong coupling between air mass flow and air pressure into stack have an important effect on the stability of the fuel cell system.In this paper, the simulation model of the fuel cell air supply system were established, a fuzzy decoupling controller was designed on the basis of fuzzy control theory.And the effectiveness of the fuzzy decoupling controller was verified by computational simulation and test.The simulation and test results show that the fuzzy decoupling controller is easy to implement, it can not only provide a good decoupling, but also has good dynamic response and strong robust performance.
