基于神经网络的电动汽车SOC预测研究

Research on SOC of Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Neural Network

  • 摘要: 电动汽车荷电状态(SOC)直接影响着车辆的续驶里程,是电动汽车综合性能中最为重要的参数之一。由于影响荷电状态的因素众多,而且车辆行驶工况复杂多变,难以构建精确的数学模型用于分析荷电状态变化规律。本文利用神经网络构建电动汽车SOC预测模型,并将影响SOC行车状态时的变化因素电池组电压以及车速作为重要参数输入模型对下一时刻的SOC参数变化进行预测,通过大量实验数据分析拟合计算表明本文建立的电动汽车SOC预测模型精度较高,能够用于SOC的预测分析,并为电动汽车提升综合性能提供参考意见。

     

    Abstract: The state of charge(SOC) of electric vehicle(EV),which is one of the most important parameters of EV’s comprehensive performance, directly affects the vehicle’s driving range.Because there are many factors that affect the state of charge, and the vehicle driving conditions are complex and changeable, it is difficult to build an accurate mathematical model to analyze the state of charge.In this paper, the SOC prediction model of electric vehicle is built by using neural network, the battery voltage and vehicle speed are taken as the important parameters input model to predict the change of SOC parameters at the next time, through a lot of experimental data analysis and fitting calculation, it is shown that the proposed model has high precision and can be used to predict the SOC of EV.
