Abstract: According to the strength test standard of tractor protective device and the shortcomings of the equipment used at this stage, the gantry tractor protective device strength test bench was designed, which overcomes the shortcomings of frequent movement of protective device in the current test process and improves the test efficiency.The test-bench uses LabVIEW software to design the data acquisition system, which can well collect the force-displacement curve of the protective device in the test process, automatically judge whether the strength of the protective device meets the requirements according to the obtained data, and judge the safety performance of the protection device according to this, so as to find the defects of the product earlier.
