Abstract:
A dynamic model of the tractor cab mounting system is established. The modal natural frequency and modal shape of the cab mounting system are obtained through modal analysis. The ratio of the engine excitation frequency to the modal natural frequency of the mounting system is 2.3,which meets the requirements of isolating engine vibration. The vibration test of the cab mounting system is completed under three typical working conditions, in-situ idling, field farming and dirt road transfer.By calculating the vibration isolation rate, it is found that the cab mounting system has a good attenuation effect on engine excitation, but a poor attenuation effect on low frequency vibration caused by uneven road surface. This paper provides a direction for the analysis and optimization of cab mounting system through modal analysis and vibration isolation rate analysis under typical working conditions.
