Abstract: A new and simple insulation monitoring device for electric vehicle is designed, and its insulation monitoring principle, hardware circuit selection and software control process are given.According to the overall function of the system, a test platform is built.The test results show that the system can correctly detect the bus insulation resistance, the detection accuracy is less than 5%,and the real-time alarm and mobile phone synchronous interactive display are carried out for the small insulation resistance.
