Abstract: This paper takes the pricision forging process of tractor differential spur bevel gear as the research object.Choosing the appropriate forging process parameters based on the established cold mathematical model.The velocity field, strain, stress, forming load and filling property of metal were analyzed by selecting appropriate forming process parameters.According to the above analysis results, machining the peicision forging gear die and forging the spur bevel gear.Mass production is realized.
