Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the design background, system composition, software design and positive effect of the comprehensive performance test-bed of tractor hydraulic component cylinder pump valve.Based on digital and intelligent hardware design, this test-bed simulates the working process of hydraulic component cylinder pump valve on tractor; driven by AC variable frequency speed regulation motor, PLC automatic data acquisition and LabVIEW software realize the control of the whole test process.After verification, the effect is good, fully meets the technical needs of the test and is safe and reliable.
