基于SolidWorksd的电动汽车电池包搅拌摩擦焊接机的设计与研究

A Design of Friction Stir Welding Machine for Electric Vehicle Battery Pack

  • 摘要: 搅拌摩擦焊是一种新型的固态连接技术,以用于可焊性有色金属的熔焊。介绍了搅拌摩擦焊接机的结构形式及搅拌摩擦焊接的工作原理,确定适用于电动汽车电池包搅拌摩擦焊接机的总体结构设计方案;对其主要零部件进行设计计算,依据基本参数的计算,完成搅拌摩擦焊接机的搅拌头、工作台以及主轴系统的设计计算,利用SoildWorks三维软件建立出电动汽车电池包搅拌摩擦焊接机主要零部件的三维模型,并进行了运动仿真。提高了搅拌摩擦焊接的质量,使得搅拌摩擦焊技术应用在更加广泛的领域。

     

    Abstract: Friction stir welding(FSW) is a new solid state bonding technology, which can be used for fusion welding of wieldable non-ferrous metals.This paper summarizes and analyzes the structure of friction stir welding machine and the working principle of friction stir welding, determine the overall structure design scheme suitable for electric vehicle battery package friction stir welding machine; Based on the calculation of the basic parameters, the design and calculation of the mixing head, table and spindle system of the friction stir welding machine are completed.The 3 D model of the main parts of the friction stir welding machine for electric vehicle battery pack is established by using Solid Works 3 D software, and the motion simulation is carried out.The quality of friction stir welding is improved and the application of friction stir welding technology is more extensive.
