拖拉机离合器操纵机构分离杠杆的有限元分析与设计

Finite Element Analysis and Design of Release Lever for Tractor Clutch Control Mechanism

  • 摘要: 针对拖拉机离合器操纵机构分离杠杆的断裂情况,采用有限元与数值计算相结合的方法对其进行分析。根据推导出的分离杠杆应力计算公式,获得了影响应力大小的因素。结果表明,采用有限元法得到的分离杠杆应力集中部位与故障位置吻合,仿真结果与数值结果一致,分离杠杆折弯是影响其应力的最主要因素。建立的有限元模型真实地反映了分离杠杆的受力、应力变化规律,为拖拉机离合器操纵机构分离杠杆的设计与改进提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: For the problem that the release lever of a tractor clutch control mechanism is broken, it is analyzed by finite element method and numerical computation.Meanwhile, the influence factors on its stress are obtained based upon the stress calculation formula.The comparison of the calculation results with the results of finite element analysis shows that theoretical values correspond well with FEA results.And FEA results can report the fault of release levers.And bending technology, it’s the most important factor affecting stress of the release levers.The establishment of element calculation model can truly reflect a law of forces and stress change of the release levers.Therefore, finite element analysis provides good reference for engineering design and improvement of a release lever.
