Analysis of Structural Modes and Acoustic Modes for a Tractor Cab

摘要: 拖拉机驾驶室的结构和布置形式直接影响其NVH(Noise、Vibration、Harshness)性能,在拖拉机驾驶室板件结构设计时,应避免板件结构的局部模态与驾驶室声腔模态耦合。以某型号拖拉机驾驶室为例,使用有限元法求解该驾驶室的结构模态和声腔模态,对该驾驶室的结构特性进行评价,为驾驶室的结构设计提供参考。Abstract: Structural design of the cab determines the NVH performance of a tractor, the local mode of cab panel structure should avoid coupling with cab acoustic cavity mode.This paper takes a cab of a tractor as the research object, the structural modes and acoustic cavity modes of the cab are solved by finite element method, and the structural characteristics of the cab are evaluated to provide reference for the structural design of the cab.
