自主作业多功能动力平台关键部件耐久测试控制系统开发

Development of Durability Test Control System for Key Components of Autonomous Operation Multifunctional Power Platform

  • 摘要: 针对自主作业多功能动力平台关键零部件的耐久性测试的需求,开发了一款控制系统,既能在田地里实际检测部件耐久性,又能节省开发专项测试设备的成本。开发了的控制系统测试对象为:电动推杆、电磁离合器、提升/下降电磁阀、角度传感器,速度传感器等。开发的系统匹配整车,在崔沟试验基地进行实地耐久性测试。经过自动化循环的功能测试,既验证了关键零部件的可靠性,又验证了开发系统的功能性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a control system is developed to meet the requirement of durability test of key parts of autonomous operation multifunctional power platform, which can not only test the durability of parts in the field, but also save the cost of developing special test equipment.The test objects of the control system developed in this paper are: electric push rod, electromagnetic clutch, lifting/lowering solenoid valve, angle sensor, speed sensor, etc.The system developed in this paper matches the machine, and the field durability test is carried out in Cuigou Test Base.After the automatic cycle function tests, the reliability of key components and the functionality of the control system developed in this paper have been verified.
