Abstract:
With the rapid development of Agricultural Mechanization in China, the application of air suction planter in Northeast, Xinjiang and other regions is more and more common.At present, most of the fans of air suction planters in the market are driven by the tractor PTO.The vacuum degree of the fan system is greatly affected by the rotation speed of the tractor output shaft, and the seed adsorption stability is poor, which affects the operation performance of the planter.At the same time, the tractor PTO and the fan input shaft are connected by a universal transmission shaft, this greatly reduces the service life of the planter fan, so we research, design and test the hydraulic driving mode of the planter fan, which effectively improves the working performance of the air suction seeding.
