播种机风机液压驱动设计与试验分析

Design and Experimental Analysis of Hydraulic Drive for Planter Fan

  • 摘要: 随着我国农业机械化的高速发展,气吸式精量播种机在东北、新疆等地区应用越来越普遍。目前市面上的气吸播种机风机多采用拖拉机PTO驱动方式,风机系统真空度受拖拉机输出轴转速影响大,种子吸附稳定性较差,影响了播种机作业性能,同时,拖拉机PTO与风机输入轴采用万向传动轴联接,在田间工作中由于拖拉机速度变化较大,这大大降低了播种机风机的使用寿命,因此,我们对播种机风机的液压驱动方式进行研究设计与试验,有效提升了气吸播种机作业性能。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of Agricultural Mechanization in China, the application of air suction planter in Northeast, Xinjiang and other regions is more and more common.At present, most of the fans of air suction planters in the market are driven by the tractor PTO.The vacuum degree of the fan system is greatly affected by the rotation speed of the tractor output shaft, and the seed adsorption stability is poor, which affects the operation performance of the planter.At the same time, the tractor PTO and the fan input shaft are connected by a universal transmission shaft, this greatly reduces the service life of the planter fan, so we research, design and test the hydraulic driving mode of the planter fan, which effectively improves the working performance of the air suction seeding.
