玉米勺轮式排种器的结构设计与仿真分析

Structure Design and Simulation Analysis of Corn Scoop-wheel Seed Metering Device

  • 摘要: 为减少玉米勺轮式排种器的重播、漏播指数,增加排种器对玉米种子多样性的适应能力,在现有垂直勺轮排种器的基础上设计了一种新型种勺结构、二次充种及清种结构,并采用CATIA软件建立三维模型。以郑丹958玉米种子作为离散元颗粒模板,基于离散元法对改进玉米勺轮排种器的种室充种性能、种勺舀种性能、清种性能、递种及排种性能进行分析,并与现有勺轮排种器进行对比,结果表明改进的玉米勺轮排种器具有更好的适应能力,为玉米勺轮式排种器的结构设计及参数优化提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the index of reseeding and missed seeding of the corn spoon-wheel metering device, and increase the adaptability of the spoon-wheel seeder to the diversity of corn seeds, a new type of spoon-wheel seeder structure, secondary seed filling and seed cleaning structure was designed on the basis of the existing vertical spoon wheel seed metering device.And a three-dimensional model was established by using CATIA software.Using Zheng dan 958 corn seed as the discrete element particle template, seed chamber filling performance, seed scooping performance, seed cleaning performance, seed delivery and seed metering performance of the improved corn spoon wheel metering device were analyzed based on the discrete element method.The results showed that the improved corn spoon wheel metering device had better adaptability.It provides a reference for the structure design and parameter optimization of corn spoon wheel metering device.
