Abstract:
In order to reduce the index of reseeding and missed seeding of the corn spoon-wheel metering device, and increase the adaptability of the spoon-wheel seeder to the diversity of corn seeds, a new type of spoon-wheel seeder structure, secondary seed filling and seed cleaning structure was designed on the basis of the existing vertical spoon wheel seed metering device.And a three-dimensional model was established by using CATIA software.Using Zheng dan 958 corn seed as the discrete element particle template, seed chamber filling performance, seed scooping performance, seed cleaning performance, seed delivery and seed metering performance of the improved corn spoon wheel metering device were analyzed based on the discrete element method.The results showed that the improved corn spoon wheel metering device had better adaptability.It provides a reference for the structure design and parameter optimization of corn spoon wheel metering device.
