DPF再生对柴油机性能的影响

Effect of DPF Regeneration on Diesel Engine Performance

  • 摘要: 非道路国四柴油机主要有两种控制技术路线:DOC+DPF+SCR与EGR+DOC+DPF,由于国四排放标准中PN限值,DPF技术运用成为首选。从柴油机排气温度对DPF再生的影响、柴油机排气流量对DPF再生的影响、柴油机尾气中NO2含量对DPF再生的影响、柴油机尾气中O2含量对DPF再生的影响和不同微粒对DPF再生特性的影响方面进行分析,阐述DPF再生对国四柴油机性能使用的重要影响,为非道路国四柴油机DPF结构优化和国四拖拉机使用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: There are two main control technology routes for non-Road Ⅳ diesel engines: DOC+DPF+SCR and EGR+DOC+DPF.Due to the PN limit in National Ⅳ emission standards, DPF technology becomes the first choice.This paper analyzes the influence of diesel exhaust temperature on DPF regeneration, the influence of diesel exhaust flow on DPF regeneration, the influence of NO2 content in diesel exhaust on DPF regeneration, the influence of O2 content in diesel exhaust on DPF regeneration, the influence of different particles on DPF regeneration characteristics.This paper describes the important influence of DPF regeneration on the performance of China diesel engine, and provides help for the optimization of DPF structure of non-road China diesel engine and the use of China Diesel tractor.
