Abstract:
Wet clutch is the key component of power-shift tractor, which has the characteristics of complexity, high order and strong nonlinearity.Firstly, a mathematical model of wet clutch hydraulic system for high-power power-shift tractor was established by analyzing its structure and working principle.Then, the system simulation model was built based on MATLAB and AMESim.Finally, by comparing the simulation results of MATLAB and AMESim model, the accuracy of the established mathematical model was verified.The research results can provide a model basis for clutch pressure control and shift quality control.
