汽车底盘悬架的优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Automobile Chassis Suspension

  • 摘要: 汽车底盘机构构成包括多个系统,典型的有传动系统、转向系统、制动系统、悬架系统等众多部分,其中,悬架系统是汽车底盘最重要的部分。它显著影响着车辆的操控稳定和舒适驾驶的表现。悬架系统本质上是一种力传导装置,起到连接车身和车轮的作用,犹如人体的骨骼,将由大脑发出的指令通过骨骼传递给手脚执行,决定车辆整体的动力性能。本文针对汽车悬架参数的改变对KC特性、底盘动力学性能的影响进行分析,给出一些对应的优化设计方向与性能改进措施,对汽车设计工作具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Automobile chassis structure includes a number of systems, typical transmission system, steering system, braking system, suspension system and many other parts, among which, suspension system is the most important part of automobile chassis.It significantly affects the vehicle’s handling stability and comfortable driving performance.The suspension system is essentially a force conduction device, which connects the body and the wheels, just like the bones of the human body, and transmits the instructions issued by the brain to the hands and feet through the bones to determine the overall dynamic performance of the vehicle.In this paper, the influence of the change of suspension parameters on KC characteristics and chassis dynamics performance is analyzed, and some corresponding optimization design direction and performance improvement measures are given, which has certain guiding significance for guiding automobile design.
