Abstract:
In order to improve the precision seeder seeding uniformity, the forced seed clearer of 2BMJ series seeder was studied based on the discrete element method.The RSM optimization module design experiment using Isight software takes the angle α between the position of the closed valve and the angle between the horizontal direction and the β angle between the hypotenuse edge and the horizontal direction of the forced seeder as the factors.In the range of ω=15~30 r/min, the optimization solution was carried out by using the coefficient of variation cv≤15%,and the optimal parameter is: α=20°,β=75°.According to the best parameters, 3D printing for bench test, and the seed variation coefficient obtained by the bench test was 16.78%,the qualification index was 98.28%,the missed sowing index was 0.53%,and the replay index was 1.19%,the results showed the rationality of the combination design of the holding position and forced seeding, verified the feasibility of simulation optimization design.
