Now the production of the automobile suspension control arm is mainly using the forging process, which has more processing and long time, the internal parts density is difference, rejection rate is high, and raw materials waste heavily.For lack of design in the production of automobile suspension control arm, this paper works from the following several aspects, in this paper, the liquid die forging process is adopted, which can not only improve the defects existing in the production of automobile suspension control arm, but also shorten the production cycle of control arm, so as to bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
