汽车控制臂模具参数的设计研究

Design and Research on Die Parameters of Automobile Control Arm

  • 摘要: 目前汽车悬架控制臂的生产方式主要是采用锻造工艺加工,工序多、时间长,并且制件内部致密性差、废品率高、原材料浪费严重。针对汽车悬架控制臂设计生产中的不足,为了提高汽车悬架控制臂的力学性能,采用液态模锻加工工艺,此工艺不但可以改善目前汽车悬架控制臂生产制造中存在的缺陷,而且也能够缩短控制臂生产的周期,从而给企业带来可观的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Now the production of the automobile suspension control arm is mainly using the forging process, which has more processing and long time, the internal parts density is difference, rejection rate is high, and raw materials waste heavily.For lack of design in the production of automobile suspension control arm, this paper works from the following several aspects, in this paper, the liquid die forging process is adopted, which can not only improve the defects existing in the production of automobile suspension control arm, but also shorten the production cycle of control arm, so as to bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
