Abstract: In order to solve the problems of difficult employment and heavy workload of vegetable transplanting in rural areas, this paper puts forward the idea of replacing manual work with machine, compares the hanging cup type and clamp type vegetable transplanter with manual planting, and tests the missing planting rate, burying seedling rate, injury seedling rate, planting qualified rate, plant spacing variation coefficient and planting depth qualified rate which affect the quality of operation, at the same time, the economic benefit analysis was carried out, which provided a theoretical reference for the agricultural machinery and agronomy integration and popularization and application of the hanging cup vegetable transplanter.
