发动机介入策略对PHEV乘用车等效全电里程的影响研究

Research on Influence of Engine Intervention Strategy on Equivalent All-Electric Range of PHEV Passenger Cars

  • 摘要: 基于3DHT混动箱,开展发动机介入车速、电池电量(SOC)及发动机功率系数对整车等效全电里程(EAER)仿真分析研究。结果表明,在WLTC高速段和超高速段启动发动机策略可提升EAER,超高速段效果更明显,但对折算燃料消耗量有一定恶化,需匹配高带宽的混动专用发动机可解决。采用高速段和超高速段同时启动发动机策略,可提升7~8公里EAER。采用高效发动机方案,在相同提升EAER下,折算燃料消耗量从1.87 L/100km降低至1.67 L/100km。

     

    Abstract: Based on the 3DHT transmission, the effects of engine intervention strategy, state of charge(SOC) and engine power coefficient on vehicle’s EAER were studied by simulation optimization.The results show that engine intervention strategy in high and extra high of WLTC can effectively improve EAER,and the effect of ultra-high speed section is more obvious.By adopting the strategy of starting the engine simultaneously in high and extra high of WLTC,the EAER can be increased by 7~8 km.However, there is a certain deterioration in the conversion fuel consumption, which can be solved by matching the high bandwidth engine.Using the high-efficiency engine scheme, the converted fuel consumption is reduced from 1.87 L/100km to 1.67 L/100km under the same improved EAER.
