Abstract: At present, the push-pull cable brackets commonly used in low-speed vehicles are mostly Q235A sheet metal parts, and most of them are designed by experience.From the perspective of optimization design, there are some shortcomings such as heavy weight and unreasonable structural force transmission.In order to overcome the above shortcomings, the topology optimization technology of Hyperworks software is used to design a new bracket, which makes the structure more reasonable, realizes the purpose of reducing weight and cost, and improves the reliability of the bracket.
