柑橘果园履带底盘控制系统

  • 摘要: 为解决西南地区山地柑橘果园的果树农药喷洒问题,设计了一款增程式履带底盘,可作为搭载柑橘果树农药喷洒装置的移动平台。履带底盘包括车架、控制底盘行走的两个1.5 kW永磁直流无刷电机、配有6 kW增程器的48 V铅蓄电池的电源系统以及基于STM32的主控制器的整机控制系统。底盘以STM32为主控器,可在手机APP上通过蓝牙信号对履带底盘进行远程操控,在山地柑橘果园实现植保作业。也可通过输入主控器内部的程序控制履带底盘实现自动植保作业。通过模拟山地果园的实地测试,履带底盘能精准行走在规定路线并在果树处进行植保作业。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of plant protection of agricultural robots in mountain citrus orchards in Guangxi, a plug-in track chassis based on STM32 microcontroller is designed, which can be used as a power chassis for transportation, mowing, picking and spraying equipment.Add-on Track chassis Includes frame, control chassis two 1.5 kW permanent magnetic DC brushless motors power system for the 48 V lead battery with a 6 kW range increases and a machine control system based on the main controller of the STM32.Chassis The main controller is the STM32,and Remote control of the track chassis via Bluetooth signal on the mobile APP,automatic plant protection can also be achieved by entering the program inside the main controller control track chassis.By simulating field testing of mountain orchards, the track chassis can accurately walk on specified routes and perform plant protection operations at fruit trees.
