考虑材料塑性的某柴油机缸盖疲劳分析

Fatigue Analysis of a Diesel Engine Cylinder Head Considering Material Plasticity

  • 摘要: 以某六缸柴油机缸盖为研究对象,通过CFD计算及经验公式确定温度场分析的边界条件,进而进行温度场分析。对缸盖在热载荷和机械载荷共同作用下的耦合应力场进行了分析,确定出缸盖上的危险点。在计算缸盖应力场的时候考虑材料塑性应变以及各缸爆发的不平衡性,并计算了该缸盖的高周疲劳安全系数和低周疲劳寿命。结果表明,缸盖部分区域寿命偏低,需要对这些区域进行结构优化处理。

     

    Abstract: Taking the cylinder head of a six-cylinder diesel engine as the research object, the boundary conditions of temperature field analysis were determined by CFD calculation and empirical formula, and then the temperature field analysis was carried out.The coupling stress field of the cylinder head under thermal load and mechanical load is analyzed, and the dangerous points on the cylinder head are determined.When calculating the stress field of the cylinder head, the plastic strain of the material and the unbalance of each cylinder are considered, and the high cycle fatigue safety factor and low cycle fatigue life of the cylinder head are calculated.The results show that the life of some areas of the cylinder head is low, and these areas need to be optimized.
