六行采棉打包一体机行走变速箱设计与有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Travel Gearbox of Six-line Cotton Picking All-in-one Machine

  • 摘要: 棉花机械采收是减少人力劳动、实现农业生产机械化的关键。根据新疆地区棉花采收实际生产需求和采棉机作业工况,设计了采棉机变速箱。本文根据采棉打包机行走作业需求,以采棉机行走变速箱为研究对象,运用MASTA软件对行走变速箱齿轮、轴承和壳体进行有限元分析,验证其合理性。分析结果表明:所设计的采棉打包机行走变速箱齿轮、轴承和壳体在最恶劣的工况下均符合设计需求,可满足采棉打包机的作业要求。

     

    Abstract: Cotton mechanical harvesting is the key to reducing manpower and realizing the mechanization of agricultural production, and the cotton picking gearbox is designed according to the actual production needs of cotton harvesting in Xinjiang and the working conditions of cotton pickers.According to the walking operation requirements of the cotton picking baler, this paper takes the walking gearbox of the cotton picking machine as the research object, and uses MASTA software to conduct finite element analysis of the gear, bearing and shell of the walking gearbox to verify its rationality.The analysis results show that the gears, bearings and shells of the walking gearbox of the cotton picking baler meet the design requirements under the harshest working conditions, and can meet the operating requirements of the cotton picking baler.
