Abstract: A round straw baling machine was designed, the power was input by traction machinery, the cam slide way pickup system technology and the forming chamber steel roller pre-compression technology were adopted, the automatic control of baling, winding, density adjustment and alarm was realized, and the automation level of the whole machine was high.The pickup system was optimized by experiment, and the performance of the whole machine was improved.The round baler is widely used in the baling of forage and straw crops.
