现代化拖拉机液压转向系统分析

Analysis of Hydraulic Steering System of Modern Tractor

  • 摘要: 现代化拖拉机的标准液压转向系统,是以液压转向机为中心的带有负荷传感信号通道的负荷传感伺服控制系统,在此基础上,衍生出双计量马达转向系统和流量放大转向系统,实现了减轻驾驶员操纵力的目的,满足大流量快速转向的要求。基于详细的液压转向系统原理图和转向机结构图,分析了液压转向系统的组成和工作原理。

     

    Abstract: The standard hydraulic steering system of modern tractor is a load-sensing servo control system with a load-sensing signal channel, which is based on the hydraulic steering gear.On this basis, the double metering motor steering system and the flow amplification steering system are derived to achieve the purpose of reducing the driver’s control force and meet the requirements of large flow and fast steering.Based on the detailed hydraulic steering system schematic diagram and steering machine structure diagram, the composition and working principle of the hydraulic steering system are analyzed.
