Working Characteristics and Geometric Calculation of Friction-Type V-Belt Drive

  • 摘要: 摩擦型V带传动是依靠带和带轮之间的摩擦力来进行工作的,它属于外摩擦的应用范畴,同时发挥了很好的主动力效应。在非道路柴油机上,根据工程应用的实践分析,本文重点阐述了其工作特点与几何计算,主要涉及了摩擦型带传动的本源与结构形式、工作组成与运行特点、楔形增压原理与几何关系、当量摩擦系数与轮槽匹配等内容。

     

    Abstract: Friction V-belt drive works by the friction between belt and pulley.It belongs to the application category of external friction and plays a good active force effect at the same time.On the off-road diesel engine, according to the practical analysis of engineering application, this paper focuses on its working characteristics and geometric calculation, mainly involving the origin and structural form, working composition and operation characteristics of friction belt drive, wedge supercharging principle and geometric relationship, equivalent friction coefficient and wheel groove matching, etc.
