非道路国四柴油机后处理开发与关键技术

Exploit of After-treatment Sytem and Key Technology on Non-road Diesel Engine Meet China Ⅳ Emission Standards

摘要: 介绍了非道路国四标准实施的背景，对目前非道路国四柴油机的技术路线、后处理结构型式进行了分析和展示。对后处理的关键技术包括DOC、DPF、后处理载体材质及体积选型、DPF再生技术、SCR以及东方红非道路国四柴油机应用及验证情况作出分析。

Abstract: Introduce the background for the implement of Non-road diesel engine meet China Ⅳ emission standards; analysis and show the technical route, construction and type for the after-treatment sytem.Make an introduction for the key technology of after-treatment sytem including DOC,DPF,substrates and size of after-treatment Sytem, DPF regeneration technology, SCR;analysis and introduce the application and verification of YTO non-road diesel engine meet China Ⅳ emission standards.
