锥齿轮齿顶修缘技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Top Trimming Technology of Bevel Gears

  • 摘要: 针对现有锥齿轮齿顶修缘人工打磨方法效率低、一致性差以及专用机床柔性差、调整困难等问题,研究一套锥齿轮齿顶修缘技术,对现有加工中心进行改造,设计合理的刀具、夹具,制定合理的工艺参数,选择典型的锥齿轮零件进行齿顶修缘工艺试验,将修缘误差控制在0.3mm内。该技术具有新颖性、创造性和实用性的特点,具有推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of existing bench work chamfering which is low efficiency, poor consistency and special machine tool chamfering which is poor flexibility and difficulty in adjustment, a set of top trimming technology of bevel gear is studied.At first it reforms existing machining center, and designs reasonable cutters and fixtures, and formulates reasonable process parameters, and selects typical bevel gear parts for flange repair technology.In the experiment, the flange repair error is controlled within 0.3 mm.The technology has the characteristics of novelty, creativity and practicability, and has the value of popularization and application.
