Research on Grinding Precision of Spline Hole Parts

The research object of this paper is the non-symmetric special-shaped gear with spline bore.Through deformation analysis, the heat treatment compensation sleeve and spline mandrel are designed, and the hot post processing technology is optimized.The grinding experiment of special-shaped inner spline gear is completed, which meets the design requirements of product drawings.At the same time, a new processing method is explored to achieve the goal of cost optimization.
