Abstract
The increase in corn yield per unit area is an effective measure to ensure stable grain production.The electric motor drive control technology is an effective way to improve planting quality and yield.In this study, a drive-control integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed, and a motor speed precise control method based on field-oriented control(FOC) was proposed.The correctness of the FOC drive control method was verified by MATLAB,and a motor-driving maize precision planting control system was developed.Field experiments were conducted, and the results showed that with an operating speed ≤15 km/h, the qualified planting index was ≥91.79%,the missed planting index was ≤2.42%,the replanting index was ≤5.80%,the coefficient of variation was ≤20.65%,and the planting quality was significantly better than the national standard, meeting the demand for high-speed planting.
