Software Upgrade Design of Automatic Alignment Controller for Corn Harvester Based on UDS

  • In response to the need for the corn harvester’s automatic alignment controller to update the user program online, a software upgrade process was designed based on the Unified Diagnostic Service(UDS),and the corresponding host computer software was developed based on Python.The host computer software selects the existing CAN bus on the corn harvester as the communication network, and uses the diagnostic service specified by the UDS protocol to realize the program flashing of the automatic alignment controller.The actual test shows that the host computer software can safely and quickly update the user program of the automatic alignment controller online.
