Design of Multi-sensor Detection System for Crop Growth and Environmental Information

  • 摘要: 研发了适用于温室高架栽培作物的轨道式移动检测方法,设计了移动检测平台,可搭载作物生长和环境信息多传感检测装置,可实现对高架作物的茎、果、叶长势和冠气温差等生长信息,以及环境温湿度、光照强度等气象环境因子的检测。为了适应温室路面环境,提高行走的稳定性,移动检测平台采用轨道式机构设计,可利用温室加热管道为轨道。移动检测平台采用高举升降机构,结合5个自由度机械臂系统,能准确地将检测设备置于目标高度和预定位姿,实现对不同株型不同生长期温室高架栽培作物长势和环境信息的检测。

     

    Abstract: The track mobile monitoring method suitable for greenhouse elevated cultivation crops was developed. A mobile detection platform was designed, which could carry multi-sensor detection devices for crop growth and environmental information. The study could realize the monitoring of the growth information of stems, fruits, leaves, canopy temperature difference and meteorological environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and light intensity. In order to adapt to the greenhouse road environment and improve the walking stability, the mobile detection platform adopted the track mechanism design, which could use the greenhouse heating pipe as the track. The mobile detection platform adopted a high lifting mechanism, combined with a five degree of freedom manipulator system, which could accurately place the detection equipment at the target height and predetermined position, and realized the monitoring of crop growth and environmental information of greenhouse elevated cultivation in different plant types and different growth periods.
